HomeKit is a control plane, not a light hub. The plan is to let Siri, the Home app, and lock-screen tiles reach Rhythm-managed bulbs through Matter multi-admin, while the LightHub keeps owning the circadian schedule.
The idea
A bulb commissioned to Rhythm over Matter would also be shared into Apple Home as a second admin. You'd get Siri ("turn off the kitchen"), Home-app tiles, and Control Center access — all hitting the same bulb the engine is quietly tuning. HomeKit controls power and manual overrides; Rhythm still runs the day.
Status
This page is a placeholder for a feature that's planned, not shipped. We'll fill in the pairing-code flow, what syncs, and Siri behaviors when multi-admin lands.
What to do today
If you want Siri control of the same bulbs now, the practical route is to pair them into Apple Home through a hub that already supports it — a Philips Hue bridge, or Home Assistant with HomeKit Bridge — and let Rhythm drive those bulbs via Hue or Home Assistant.
