By accessing or using Rhythm Lighting, a product of DT Concepts, LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Rhythm Lighting is a lighting management application that allows you to control and automate your smart lights. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Philips Hue.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Philips Hue. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
