Rhythm keeps a single daily Sleep Schedule: a Bedtime and a Wake Time. These aren't one-off alarms — they tell the house when to hand off between Day and Sleep.

Set the times

  1. Open Settings → Sleep Schedule.
  2. Set your Bedtime and Wake Time. Rhythm shows the resulting Sleep Duration.

What happens at each time

  • At Wake Time the house moves to Day, and your lights pick up the morning part of your Day curve — a gradual warm-up, not a hard switch-on.
  • At Bedtime the house eases into your Sleep profile.

Want the morning ramp gentler or warmer? Shape it in the Day profile, not here. The schedule sets when; the Day curve sets how it looks.
