Sleep is Rhythm's second mode. When the house is in Sleep, your lights hold a calm night setting instead of riding the Day curve.

Tune it

  1. Open the Sleep tab.
  2. By default both Brightness and Color are set to Auto — Sleep inherits the warm, dim low end of your Day profile, so it always stays in step.
  3. Want a specific night look? Switch Brightness off Auto and set a fixed level, and switch Color off Auto to pick a fixed hue — a deep amber makes a good hallway nightlight.

Good to know

  • This is one calm setting for the whole house in Sleep mode — not a per-event scene.
  • Custom sleep brightness and color are part of Rhythm's Pro features; the inherited Auto setting works on every plan.
