The Day profile is the curve every light rides while you're awake — brightness and color temperature across the whole day, automatically anchored to your local sunrise and sunset. You shape the shape; Rhythm handles the timing.

Set the ranges

  1. Open the Day tab.
  2. Set the Brightness range — the floor and ceiling your lights move between through the day.
  3. Set the Color Temperature range — a warm low end for the edges of the day, a cooler high end for midday. Keep the warm end low to protect your evenings.

The curve rises around your sunrise and falls around sunset using the location you set during setup, so there are no clock times to manage here.

Preview before you commit

  1. Open the Time Simulator and drag to simulate any hour — the readout shows the brightness and kelvin at that moment.
  2. Tap Preview on Lights to push that moment to your real lights, then Reset to return to now.

Tips

  • Use Reset to defaults at the bottom to return to Rhythm's starting curve.
  • The Time Simulator is part of Rhythm's Pro features — the brightness and color ranges are always editable.
